As a postdoc in bioinformatics, I develop methods for pan-cancer detection from blood samples. This includes processing and modeling of large quantities of genetic data, in particular whole genome sequenced cell-free DNA. I have an MSc in cognitive science and a PhD in bioinformatics and have worked with machine learning at UNSILO and Cercare Medical.
My primary tasks include data processing via programming (python, R, rust) and machine learning.
