As a postdoctoral researcher at the Danish Pain Research Center, I investigate cellular and molecular changes in peripheral neuropathy and neuropathic pain. I combine quantitative histology, advanced microscopy, and spatial transcriptomics to analyse human skin and nerve biopsies. With a background in molecular medicine, neuroscience, and stereology, I focus on method development, tissue quality, and linking tissue morphology with molecular function.
