I study the brain and nervous system using advanced imaging and recording methods. My work explores how we can improve diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions, with projects on memory, pain, and spinal cord signals. I'm currently focused on new sensor technologies (Optically Pumped Magnetometers; OPMs) and how they can be applied in clinical neuroscience.
My work spans neurophysiology, neuroimaging, and clinical neuroscience. I focus on brain stimulation, sensory and motor signaling, and spinal cord function. Sub-areas include signal processing, biomarker development, and novel sensor technologies like OPMs, all aimed at improving understanding and treatment of neurological disorders.
