As a preclinical staff scientist at CFIN (Center of Functionally Integrative Neuroscience), Aarhus University Hospital I work with both ex vivo dw-MRI (e.g. Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging) acquisition and data analysis - and several in vivo projects. These are for instance: awake mouse fMRI and spectroscopy, electrophysiology, sleep-EEG and behavioral experiments to investigate cognitive flexibility in mice - using touch screens for mice.
To accomodate that I design 3D-printed objects and build/code small electronic devices.
I have a background in Pharmaceutical Sciences (cand.scient.pharm.; 2014) and have a Ph.D. in Neuroscience (2022) - both from University of Copenhagen.
